We were so pleased with the work Dreambuilders USA. I knew they were the right choice after my wife has said several times, “I absolutely love my house now”. They were a design team and contractor all in one. If you need ideas on your renovation, they are wonderful at providing a vision on what your project will look like when it is completed. The owner was always available and so accommodating to any little changes we wanted to make during the project. He initially laid out the step-by-step work plan and timeframe for the whole project. He then kept us apprised of what was coming next day and even a week out. There were many trades involved in our renovation and the coordination of those different groups was very good, keeping the work flow going. He would let us know what time each day the group was coming and they would arrive on-time. The comprehensive updates on the project, he would provide were very helpful. Despite the wild fluctuations in pricing for material because of the supply chain issues that occurred during the pandemic they kept the pricing consistent with the contract. Most comforting is the one-year guarantee on the work they did. If there are any issues, they will come back to fix it.
